Deposit only sportsbook. Yes, they may have friendly customer service people and a nice site, but is that what you gamble for?? You gamble to win, but rest assured, you will never see any winnings from Bodoglife. They have owed me $800.00 for 40 days now, but just informed me that on the 40th day of my request, they no longer offer check by mail. So they are now asking me to wait another 15 days for check by couriour. Joke of a sportsbook. If your foolish enoughto deposit with Bodoglife, kiss your money goodbye because you will not see it again. |

I have an account with them and they are horrible when it comes to customer service. You request a payout via their site and nothing happens for days. When you call in to check on it. Customer service says, a few forms need to be signed with copies ofr your drivers license, credit cards..etc before you can withdraw cash.
Okay after you do that.. guess what!! they go and change the price it'll cost to get your money back. Before it was $35 for a coriour check for any amount up to $5000. Within a copy of days after my request to get my money back, they change it to $50 minimum to get $200 bucks back and if you try to take more beyond that, there is an additional % of total withdraw added.
They are a bunch of crooks. I warn you to stay away from BETUS. There are much better options. I was stupid enuff to sign up when I got their flyer in the mailer.
Oh don't let me forget to mention they never gave me the bonus for when I first signed up. True scums. They must be on their way out of business. Get all your money out fast!
I gave them a 3 on customer service cuz they do pick up the phone. |
